Shipping Policy – Module Repair Lab LLC

Shipping Responsibility

Unless otherwise stated in writing by Module Repair Lab LLC (MRL), the customer is fully responsible for all shipping costs, including shipping to MRL and return shipping back to the customer.

Any prepaid labels, shipping credits, or shipping exceptions are only valid if explicitly communicated and confirmed by MRL prior to shipment.


Shipping Damage & Liability Disclaimer

Module Repair Lab LLC is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays that occur during shipping.
The customer assumes full responsibility for the condition of the module while in transit.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Damage caused by improper or insufficient packaging

  • Physical, electrical, connector, internal board, or component damage

  • Carrier mishandling, delays, or lost shipments

Once a package is handed to or accepted by a shipping carrier, all risk transfers to the customer.


Customer Packaging Responsibility

Customers must package their module securely to prevent movement or impact during transit. MRL strongly recommends:

  • Anti-static protection (when applicable)

  • Adequate padding and rigid outer packaging

  • Removal of loose accessories or components

If a module arrives damaged, MRL may:

  • Decline the repair service

  • Assess additional repair fees (if repairable)

  • Return the module unrepaired at the customer’s expense

MRL may document shipping damage with photographs for record-keeping.


Inbound Shipping to MRL

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting the shipping carrier and service level

  • Ensuring accurate shipping and return address information

  • All inbound shipping costs

MRL is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring during inbound shipment.


Return Shipping from MRL

After service completion, modules will be returned using:

  • The return shipping method selected at checkout, or

  • A method chosen by MRL if none was selected

Tracking information will be provided when available. MRL is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • All shipping charges

  • Customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import/export compliance

MRL is not responsible for customs delays, rejected shipments, or seized items.


Shipping Exceptions

Any exceptions to this policy — including free shipping, prepaid labels, or shipping reimbursements — must be approved and communicated in writing by Module Repair Lab LLC prior to shipment.
