Warranty & Liability Disclaimer – Module Repair Lab LLC

Opening, modifying, or disassembling any electronic component—including but not limited to instrument clusters, control modules, radios, switches, or related electronics—after service has been performed by Module Repair Lab LLC will immediately void any and all warranties, expressed or implied.

Module Repair Lab LLC services sensitive electronic components that may have been subjected to varying conditions prior to repair, including age, heat, vibration, moisture, voltage irregularities, environmental exposure, or previous repair attempts. Due to the nature of electronic diagnostics and circuit-level repair, services are strictly limited to the symptoms described at the time of repair. No guarantee is made for components, circuitry, or functions unrelated to the specific repair performed, nor for future or unrelated failures.

Module Repair Lab LLC shall not be liable for, and expressly disclaims, any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, loss of profits, vehicle downtime, rental vehicle costs, increased operating expenses, or any other losses arising from the use of services rendered.

If an item does not function properly after repair, the customer may return the unit to Module Repair Lab LLC only after obtaining return authorization for further testing. All shipping costs associated with returns for testing are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in writing by Module Repair Lab LLC.

If testing confirms a failure caused by defective workmanship or repaired components, Module Repair Lab LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to either:

• Repair the unit at no additional charge, or

• Refund the original repair amount paid by the customer.

If the failure is determined to be caused by external factors—including but not limited to faulty vehicle wiring, improper installation, programming issues, voltage problems, water damage, corrosion, environmental exposure, or failed external components—all warranties and guarantees, written or implied, shall be considered null and void.

Under no circumstances shall Module Repair Lab LLC be held liable for damages exceeding the total cost of the repair service paid by the customer. Liability is strictly limited to the value of the repair performed.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Warranty coverage is further limited by the remaining usable lifespan of the vehicle or system in which the repaired component is installed. Warranty coverage does not transfer to replacement vehicles or systems.

Module Repair Lab LLC makes no guarantee as to the completeness or accuracy of any troubleshooting assistance provided and shall not be held responsible for misdiagnosis, improper installation, or repairs performed by third parties.
