Repair Service Returns
If you are not satisfied with the repaired module you received, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for further evaluation.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a module for any reason. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Module Repair Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen modules during transit.
Refunds & Alternative Solutions
Once we receive and inspect the returned module, we reserve the right to:

Provide an equivalent repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances and module availability.
We will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the condition of the returned item and the service originally provided.

Modules damaged after repair due to improper installation, misuse, or unrelated issues are not eligible for return.
