FAQs

No. Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.

Repairs have a 2-3 day turn around. Transit times are typically 2-3 days each way, so you can plan on about a week to week and a half total.

Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.

You can pay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.

While we cannot recommend it, most vehicles can be driven without the cluster installed.
